Delivery and Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt however all orders made at the weekend, or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Payments and security
Payments can be made by Paypal. Please refer to Paypal terms & conditions at paypal.com All prices quoted on and charged by paola design are in NOK.
Return or Exchange
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following refund, returns & exchange conditions.
You are required to pay the carriage to return the goods to us. You will be refunded the full amount for the goods, however postage and packing will not be refunded.
Exchangable goods must be approved for return. This is at the discretion of paola desing. We will endeavour to replace any unsuitable items to the best of our ability within reason.
We are not able to facilitate returns or exchanges ‘on sale’ items.
Returned goods must have swing tags still attached, must not have been worn and must be in the condition that they were received in. All garments must be returned in the packaging that they were received in at the expense of the purchaser.
Return should be made using your country’s mail service Recorded Delivery – this option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to send the goods to the address on the original packet.
Please Note: Proof of postage must be obtained when any item is sent back. We will not refund on any purchase that has been lost on return to us.
Once we are in receipt of the goods we aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 48 hours.

Order Cancellation Policy
If you made an error and you would like to cancel your order please contact us by email: email@example.com. If the order has already been dispatched we will refund your account as soon as we have the goods back in hand.
Payment for goods is to be made by credit or debit card only. Please note should your credit or debit card have insufficient credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment.
Goods remain the property of paola design until payment has been received in full.
paola design is not liable for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail and upon delivery of merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges and fees incurred from customs clearance including any duties and additional taxes.You may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.
